Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final once access is granted.

If you believe the product is not the right fit for you, you may request a refund within [7] days of purchase, provided the request complies with our refund terms. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to richard@tarheeldigitalmarketing.com and include the purchaser’s name and order information.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any refunds issued will apply only to the original purchase price and will not include processing fees, if applicable.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, excessive downloads, access to a substantial portion of the content, or violation of our Terms of Use.
